A new cabinet has taken oath on Saturday. Now you all may be wondering- "Which cabinet is he taking about? There are a few more days left for the Karnataka election". I am talking about a shadow cabinet that has been formed in Kerala.  There is not much reported by the media about it, as usual, but the shadow cabinet has been formed with the aim of monitoring government decisions and making it 'public-friendly'. At last the hot weather has calmed down and it has been raining heavily in Kerala for the past two days.
