Nobel Solutions

The media has been bringing out various programs that are informative and good to watch. Back before, the media was waiting to get a small news to start arguing (it is going on even today). So a small problem in the state or in the nation, that can be easily solved, becomes a big problem. When we switch on the Television and put the news channel, we see people throwing tantrums and screaming, while the poor news reporter from the news centre will be trying to calm down the people who are shouting.

But nowadays, the media has been bringing out some positive and informative programs like the Nobel Solutions by the Nobel Laureates that was aired on NDTV. This was a superb program which discussed a lot of noble causes like child labour, poverty, etc. It is for the very first time that the Nobel Laureates come together to focus on the biggest challenges faced by India and the countries.

The speakers where Amartya Sen (Nobel Prize in 1998 in Economics), Kailash Satyarthi (Nobel Peace Prize, 2014), Lord David Trimble (Nobel Peace Prize in 1998), Venkataraman Ramakrishnan (Nobel Prize in Chemistry in 2009), Leymah Roberta Gbowee (Nobel Peace Prize in 2011), Arthur McDonald (Nobel Prize in Physics in 2015). David Trimble talked about net neutrality, Leymah Roberta talked about Women's rights, Arthur McDonald talked about the constitution of Universe, Amartya Sen talked about his fight with cancer.

The media should come out with such programs that people enjoy watching and are informative, and not bring out programs where people throw tantrums 24X7
